Gilbert Michaud, Ph.D. (@michaud_gilbert) is an Assistant Professor of Practice at Ohio University’s George V. Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Affairs. He also holds a Visiting Faculty and Scholar position at the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan.
